    Acknowledged within 72 working hours

    We verify your identity before making any changes, to prevent unauthorized withdrawal. Your request moves forward only once verification is complete.

    We'll tell you exactly what changes

    Before anything is finalized, you'll be informed about:

    • Which services will be impacted
    • Any data retention obligations that still apply
    • The effective date your consent withdrawal takes hold

  4. Processing completed within 7 working days

    From the date of your request, the entire withdrawal is processed within 7 working days.

Note: Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to continue providing certain services to you. If your request remains unresolved, you can escalate it further using our grievance redressal channels.
